Welcome to Moat Lane

Welcome to the website for Moat Lane, Towcester. The regeneration of Moat Lane will help to reinvigorate Towcester town centre and provide new community, retail, leisure, food and drink, residential and commercial facilities.

The Moat Lane project is led by South Northamptonshire Council, Northamptonshire County Council and the West Northamptonshire Development Corporation. It has benefited from significant funding and support from these agencies as well as Northamptonshire Enterprise Limited, the East Midlands Development Agency and English Partnerships (now the Homes & Communities Agency).
