The Moat Lane partnership consists of South Northamptonshire Council, Northamptonshire County Council, Morgan Sindall Investments Ltd and West Northamptonshire Development Corporation.

Consultants
As the Moat Lane project is complex a number of specialist consultants have been involved in ensuring the project is delivered to the highest standard, these companies include; Urban Delivery, studio | REAL, Trowers & Hamlins, Bidwells and Camlin Lonsdale. New consultants include Morgan Sindall Investments Ltd, Champman Taylor Architects and Masterplanners and Chapman Taylor, Architects.

Community Groups
The project has also received much help and support from the community, groups involved with the project including; Towcester Town Council, Towcester Partnership, Towcester and District Local History Society and the Towcester Wildlife Trust.
