The Mill and the buildings opposite will be transformed into a boutique hotel complex. This complex will provide an hotel, organic cafe adjacent to Bury Mount, restaurant and parking. The hotel will be of the highest quality and will help to establish Towcester as an attractive place to stay and visit. The Mill has stunning views across the Watermeadows and Bury Mount and the new bridge will provide easy access to the Watermeadows for guests.
